Jessica Simpson looks hot!

A devoted mother to her two uber-cute kids, she has been a client of mine for nearly eight years. Jess has stuck to her Weight Watchers diet, walks 10,000 steps per day and has been incredibly consistent with our workouts. Most notably, Jess has outstanding legs. They’re toned and sexy in all the right ways.

Now, I always say the most important factor in having a great body part is to pick your parents carefully (I kid!), but Jess’s mom, who spent years as an aerobic instructor, also has great legs.

That being said, there are four moves that I have Jess do to make her genetically-gifted legs even more amazing. Try these moves for 3 sets of 20 reps each:

The Latest Craze in Disco Styles Is See-Through Jeans—but Beware of Foggy Bottoms

On a clear day, you can see forever—or at least that’s the wicked thought behind L.A. designer Agi Berliner’s transparent idea: see-through jeans. Exhibitionists notwithstanding, most folks wear them over bathing suits or as attention-getting evening wear with halters, garter belts and body stockings. Created for the disco crowd, the $34 jeans are selling like, well, hot pants. In just six weeks, 25,000 pairs have already been sold in such major department store chains as Macy’s, Bonwit’s and Saks.

“What’s limiting American designers is that we’re afraid to do something different,” says Berliner, 32, a Hungarian émigré who fled with her family to the U.S. in 1956. Agi thought up the gimmick in London while marveling at the way plastics were being employed by designers of punk fashion. In her L.A. office, where she designs for La Parisienne junior sportswear, Agi spent five days on the phone and six weeks testing to come up with the right plastic.

Agi herself tried out the French-cut jeans with the zipper in front, and quickly found several problems: Some plastics tore away from stitching, others wouldn’t bend and all fogged with perspiration. The ideal material proved to be a vinyl supplied by a bookbinder. The steam was eliminated with a series of vents behind the knees and in the crotch. “They’re no hotter than polyester pants,” claims Agi, “and if you wear them with tights, they won’t stick to your legs.”

Whatever the discomfort and despite the problem of Saturday night feverishness, discomaniacs report one major advantage of the plastic pants: no laundry bills. To keep Berliner’s see-through jeans clear, all the wearer needs is a little Windex.

Seriously? I know people who aren’t famous and don’t have a trainer who have better legs than she does. Her legs aren’t bad, but have too much muscle in certain spots and look somewhat heavy. Nothing against Jessica, but let’s not put these celebrities on such a high pedestal.

Some people naturally have fabulous legs, and don’t have to work for them, but what is being said here is that Jessica has lost weight, worked hard and achieved great legs by doing so. I had fabulous looking legs when I was younger and skinny, but to get those same legs now, I would have to work at it. All he’s saying is here’s a way to achieve the look by working for it. Why not give credit where it’s due? She has worked hard, and looks great, and still gets put down…seems sort of unnecessarily mean. Unlike many she’s compared to, Jessica is 5’3′ max, and doesn’t have long legs, so to get a toned look, she has to work harder than someone like Gisele, or maybe even your friend.

one of the things that make her legs not look as great as really great legs is that she is so short. We are all built differently and I am sure due to her stature it is harder for her to look slim. She is cute and silly and I like her

hahaha yeah I saw the title and went, wait why would I want fat legs? lol!! Good for her for getting fit again but at this point she has gone back and forth too many times to want to be like her at all. Now Beyonce has dedication and she is consistent! Using Jessica Simpson as a fitness ideal to look up to is ridiculous.

I workout also and lift weights and her legs look nice but I know if you wear high heals it makes your muscles pop out more but hey as long as shes happy keep it up .🙂

Jessica Simpson has used her brains and is now has a BILLION $$$$ empire!!!! She can be whatever size she wants!!! You don’t build a 10 figure income if you’re an idiot! I disagree when certain people keep saying she’s short and that’s why she has trouble looking thin especially in the legs. I’m short and don’t this issue. Neither do Natalie Portman or Nicole Richie. It depends on your body style. Plenty of tall girls I know have huge legs. Stop with the “she’s short that’s why she can’t look thin” comments.

I sit here and ask myself why some ignorant, and uneducated people are allowed to post comments? First off Jessica Simpson is not fat in that picture. I would appreciate it if people would stop making these young girls think they have to be pencil thin. All this does is promote eating disorders. Why not give credit where credit is due. Especially when someone is living a healthy life style. I am 5″4, and when I worked out each day. I weighed in at 120, but wore a size 5. Muscle has less density than fat; therefore it takes it less space. I have never been fat a day in my life, but I would never say that about someone. Its obnoxious, and childlike.
