Don Lee from the Golden Cadillac, a ’70s-themed bar in New York City, has suggestions for how to make your Jell-O shot more classy and less college-night-out. The key is using plain gelatin in place of the sugary flavored kind, instead adding flavor through fresh juices like lemon and lime.
