Note to self: Stay on Olivia Munn‘s good side.

The actress posted an Instagram video over the weekend to show off her impressive (and fearsome) tae kwon do skills. The 15-second clip, which shows her effortlessly cruising through a drill of kicks, turns and punches, makes Munn look like the super-fierce video game character she secretly is.

Munn tagged Instagram user @karine_lmx — the blond woman taking Munn’s hits like a champ — who also posted the video, adding the very appropriate “#ninja” hashtag to the caption. She also added #realspeed, silencing haters in the comments who accused Munn of speeding up the video for dramatic effect.

No stranger to intense workouts, the X-Men: Apocalypse actress, 35, said her current fitness kick began after a hypnotist told her that exercise could help treat her depression and anxiety. Within three days, she was hooked.

“That was on a Friday, and by Monday I was working out every day at 6 a.m.,” she revealed in Good Housekeeping‘s August issue. “If I missed a session, I’d double up and do it the next day. Now I feel so much stronger. I remember running up the steps one day and thinking, ‘This is strange. I could do this a hundred times and be totally okay.’ ”

Apparently it also helps to have a fit boyfriend like NFL star Aaron Rodgers providing extra encouragement. (In fact, the finely trained eye will notice he’s punching up a storm in the background of Munn’s video. Talk about a power couple!)

“He’s in such great shape, and especially lately, he’s been eating so well and working out,” she said. “Having somebody in your life like that is so motivating.”

The way I see it, the gaming scene pretty much divides into PC gaming and console gaming. No, not Pixar standard yet, but Rio will more than do for now. Whereas other parts of the computer can be upgraded, the CPU cannot be improved.

To make sure your computer is ready for the game you are interested in, go to an online store that carries the game, look at its software and hardware requirement details. PC games take you away from your real life miseries and give you complete peace of mind. It simply projects the idea of being able to provide service without restrictions in terms of location.

Great tips! I love the example of the horizon with the little girl, and the plain backdrops are adorable captures of personality!
