Jennifer Lopez is very disciplined when it comes to her diet– and it shows!

“I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she’s doing,” her trainer Tracy Anderson tells PEOPLE. “It’s all organic and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food.”

The American Idol judge and Dubsmash fan, 46, avoids anything processed or packaged.

“Everything is fresh,” says Anderson. “There’s nothing processed – just [protein powder] in a shake if we do a protein shake one day.”

While she eats clean the majority of the time, Lopez also allows herself to indulge when the time is right.

“She is a very balanced person, so she’s not going to miss out on Thanksgiving or a holiday with her children,” says Anderson. “That’s one of the reasons why the workout is important, and it’s so consistent – so we don’t do any kind of extreme dieting.”

Lopez knows the food she eats is an integral part of her overall health.

“Throughout the years I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthier […] diet,” she previously told PEOPLE. “I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don’t deprive myself.”

One way she stays on track with her diet is by planning ahead.

“Being constantly on the go, I always like to have healthier snack options like fruits or vegetables with me,” Lopez said.

Anderson says her client’s attention to nutrition is part of her overall goal of living a happy and fulfilling life – which is where her beauty really comes from.

“What’s going on inside of us is a really reflection of what’s going on on the outside of us, and she’s very a happy person and that just translates into beauty,” says Anderson. “She loves life, and loving life is taking care of her body.”

I will say she looks fantastic. However, she doesn’t need to wear some of the stuff she does to validate that.Sometimes less isnt more.

Her legs look hideous! Maybe didn’t have time to photoshop that part.. Her TV Show lost 2M viewers from the premiere to the second episode, that says a lot! It would only go down, only a few people need another police tv drama with the mediocre acting skills of JHo… Sorry for Ray Liotta he is the REAL deal.

Now if she would only think as much about what she wears as she does about what she puts into her body…like the disgusting fur coats.

Fur hag..

Like it or Not on

I hope Jennifer is warm and comfortable in her fur coats. I hope she feels loved in them. It is God’s will for her to have them whether you like it or not.

She really does look amazing for her age! But her trainer saying she’s a very balanced person doesn’t sit well with me. Whenever I think of a balanced working mother, I think of them also including time with their children every day. But she’s never home with her twins and always doing this tour, or doing that movie, or this show, or that TV commercial. She never quits working and never stops to think her children need their mother home with them. She’s a very selfish woman who only thinks of herself being in the spotlight, her bank accounts, and she doesn’t deserve to be a mother.

But is her career and family life balanced?

Oh Tracy, stop talking. There’s all those wonderful clips of her snarfing M&Ms and Snickers on Idol. Clearly she eats a healthy diet, but M&Ms aren’t organic.

You’re such a con artist/liar.

Eating clean and organic totally works. You don’t even have to exercise. Your energy and health will also improve dramatically.

Her complexion is AMAZING!! Damn!

What a joke on

Does the eating clean and organic cancel out all those cigarettes? Just asking…since she’s up there on that high horse of hers…
