Khloé Kardashian is back with another intense video of her dedicated workout routine, and this one features plenty of tips for you to try at home.

While Kardashian, 31, took a break from her website and app in the two weeks following her ex-husband Lamar Odom‘s hospitalization — he was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel — the reality star announced Monday that she was going to resume publishing content.

On Tuesday, Kardashian shared a new “Khlo-Fit” video of another one of her sessions with celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson.

In the clip, Peterson explains to viewers the importance of short bursts of cardio  when training, describing it as “anything that’s going to boost your heart rate up between your strength-training intervals.”

Peterson suggests “walking, running or working laterally” on a treadmill to “get your heart rate up from 30, 60, 120 seconds” before immediately resuming strength training.

The fitness coach says this kind of regimen is “obviously not for the body builders, or someone looking to put on mass, but for someone who’s looking to strip body fat and enhance and show and showcase the muscles that you’ve worked so hard to earn with your strength training.”

In the video, Kardashian — who recently revealed she lost 35 lbs. (check out her super-toned figure in a sexy black swimsuit) — drops into a perfect plank and begins the next phase of her routine, which involves stepping each foot out one at a time whilst maintaining a flat back.

Try to keep the movement tight and controlled, and not “sloppy,” says Peterson, who adds that your glutes should “fire” since the lateral movement of the legs makes the plank “a little more intense.”

Kardashian’s latest video comes while she keeps vigil by Odom’s side, where she has been for the past two weeks. Last week Kardashian called off their divorce by asking a Los Angeles judge to dismiss their earlier filing, while the former NBA star continues to receive treatment at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

A source told PEOPLE on Monday that “his kidneys are still not functioning correctly.”

Odom, 35 — who was in a coma for four days following his October 13 hospitalization — is now “responsive, but very slow,” the source says.

On Sunday, Kardashian briefly left Odom’s side to celebrate her sister Kim Kardashian West‘s baby shower.
